Reformer Pilates

An exercise method that offers multiple benefits for your body and mind. We have specialized machines to perform movements with control, providing adjustable resistance and supporting a
variety of exercises.

Pilates is a training system based on control, precision, and breathing. It consists of performing a series of fluid and coordinated movements that work the entire body, especially the core, which is the area that includes the abdominal, lumbar, and pelvic muscles supporting our spine and preventing possible injuries. By strengthening the core, you improve your posture, stability, flexibility, and body alignment.

Toning

Specifically designed to tone and strengthen muscles. These classes usually combine aerobic movements with resistance exercises to improve muscle definition and overall physical condition.
